"Under the Radar" is a fanzine designed for Israeli soldiers.

The fanzine presents a variety of interventions in military uniforms that allow self-expression by the soldier.

The military dress code is very strict. Rules intended to unify everyone's appearance eliminate the individual's self-expression.
However, there are soldiers who take a risk and disobey the army rules in order to express themselves when wearing a uniform.

This fanzine maps the hidden areas of the uniform, and suggests ways of intervention to produce personal expression.
